Grinding Machine Operator

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machine to produce high quality metal nails. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Title: Grinding Machine Operator (Metal nail Company)

Location: Scarborough, Ontario.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19 starting.

Shift Details: Monday to Friday

Time: 6:00AM – 2:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and set up grinding machines according to product specifications and job orders.

- Ensure the proper selection and installation of grinding wheels, fixtures, and tooling.

- Operate grinding machines to grind and shape metal nails to meet quality and production standards.

- Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.

- Collaborate with other team members, including machine operators, inspectors, and supervisors, to achieve production goals and maintain product quality.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience as a grinding machine operator in a manufacturing is an asset.

- Previous experience working in a tool shop.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality products.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
