About the Role
· Identify new business opportunities through effective market research, networking and prospecting.
· Bring your leadership skills on board to settle yourself as a market and industry leader known by clients and Industry.
· Understand market and Security industry trends and translate into clear strategy and business plan that capitalizes new business relationships.
· Set directions to maximize revenue growth and maintain existing client base.
· Prepare and submit service offers and quotations; Negotiate agreements with prospective and current clients.
· Building and updating Client’s account.
· Develop and execute on sales plan, focused on growing revenue target.
· Able to amend sales policies and make recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in sales in the Security, recruitment and staffing industry or related field.· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a specialization in sales considered an asset.· Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office package, CRM and ERP software experience is an Asset.· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.· Self Motivated with the ability to work well independently.
Shift Details: This position promises a minimum of 40 hours weekly on a “5-day cycle”. Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Will be required to work one Saturday per month in rotation with rest of the team.
